Morisset High School Uniform

Morisset High School Uniform Expectations

What is uniform at Morisset High School?

Driven by the Morisset High School Parents and Citizen's Committee and in consultation with our students, and student leadership groups, our school uniform is transitioning to a new look, and will now be produced by our new uniform supplier BME Pty Ltd.

To make it easier for families, our students can wear both our past school uniforms, with a transition period of three years. This means that our past school uniform - for example, the yellow polo for junior students, can be worn until the end of 2025.

Morisset High School Uniform Guide

At Morisset High School, our school uniform represents more than just clothing — it reflects our values, pride, and sense of community. Wearing the uniform helps create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment where every student is equal and focused on learning. It encourages a sense of belonging, minimises distractions, and promotes responsibility and school spirit. This Uniform Guide outlines the expectations and standards that help us maintain a positive and unified school culture.

New Morisset High School Polos

Designed by our Junior Aboriginal Education Consultative Group, in consultation with our students and community, our new school polos capture the strong sense of connection our students feel to their home and community. The shirts' design shares a story of our student's learning journey, and how important our connection to our partner primary schools - Bonnells Bay Public School, Cooranbong Public School, Dora Creek Public School, Morisset Public School and Wyee Public School, is to the success of our students, and how our community values learning, and aspiration for success through learning.

Some of our partner primary schools have incorporated this special design into the look of their Year 6 shirts, as a visual signal that these students are being supported by Morisset High School in the next big step in their learning journey - their transition to high school.

How We Manage Uniform at Morisset High School

How We Manage Uniform Expectations at MHS

As part of our school community's expectation that Morisset High School students wear the school uniform, we have created a process to support students in making better choices about wearing the correct uniform.

This process has been developed in consultation with our school community. If you have any questions about the Uniform Process at Morisset High School, please contact your child's Deputy Principal.
